How do I place an order?

Once you find an item you wish to purchase, click on "Add to cart". The item(s) will be added to your cart. You may then continue shopping or "Proceed to Checkout". If proceeding to checkout, you will need to provide address, credit card, and other information. 

NOTE: Spirit wear items will not be shipped and are only available for pick up at the Columbus Volleyball Center. We will not ship to out of state customers. 

What items do we need to purchase for team gear?

We give all athletes everything they need except for the following:
-The National team athletes will need to purchase Rox Venom Pants and backpacks. Athletes who were a part of the club in 2012 may use their pants and backpacks from last season.
-All athletes will need a regulation volleyball (VolleyLite Volleyball for 12 and under). Since we order in bulk, volleyballs may be less expensive when ordered through Mintonette Sports Spirit Wear. 

Why can't I find an item?

If the item is not posted on the site, it is not available. 

How long does it take to receive my items?

Items will be fulfilled based on quantity and frequency of items ordered. This ensures we can offer you the lowest prices. We will send email updates on the status of your spirit wear orders as we send the orders to the fulfillers and when we expect the items to be available for pick up. 

How do I receive my items? 

You will be able to pick up your items at the Columbus Volleyball Center. We will inform you thru email when your order is ready. 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards.

What kind of security measures are there?

We use a state-of-the-art 128-bit encryption technology to protect your credit card/personal information. Every online transaction you make with us will be 100% safe and secure.

What if I want to pay with cash/check?

We prefer all payments to be made online. If you are unable to do so, please contact katie@mintonettesports.com to discuss. 

Can I cancel my order? 

If you have an issue with the order you just placed, please contact katie@mintonettesports.com and we will address the situation case by case. 

What is the return policy?

Since we only order and fulfill as much as you (club athletes and relatives) order you will be unable to return spirit wear items. We do not keep a stock of items which allows us to offer you lower prices.
