Welcome to the 2012-13 club season! This year, all tryout registration will be done online. There will be NO paper registration the day of tryouts.

Sunday, October 28th (9AM-12pm)	-	12 & Under
Sunday, November 11th (9AM-12pm)	-	15's
Monday, November 12th (6-9pm)	-	16's & 17's

To complete registration:

1. NEW - All junior players must register with the OVR prior to tryouts. Follow the steps here to complete this portion of tryout registration.

2. Submit the below form, waiver, and online payment. The cost to tryout for Mintonette Sports is $25. This will include a Mintonette Sports t-shirt.

3. Complete the medical release form

Registration will be closed for each age group 1 hour before tryouts begin.
