2013-14 Mintonette Sports Offer Acceptance

Congratulations on making a 2013-14 Mintonette Sports club team! To accept your athlete's offer, please complete ALL of the following steps: 

1. Send an email to katie@mintonettesports.com with your offer acceptance. You must include the following: 

Athlete name
Team offered
"Accepting" or "Declining" 

2. Submit your online deposit

3. Sign the 2013-14 Athlete Contract

4. Complete the uniform size and contact information form
  *If you do not know your uniform size you can complete this step after the uniform fitting. The 15 & Up fitting will be held on November 17th from 1-4pm.
