Laura Ryan brings more than 13 years of volleyball coaching experience within one of Ohio’s premier Division I programs, Centerville City Schools. Known for her technical expertise, competitive mindset, and athlete-first approach, Laura has been a cornerstone of the Centerville volleyball community for over a decade.

Most recently, Laura served on the Centerville Varsity coaching staff, helping lead the Elks to their second Regional Semifinals appearance in 2024. She prides herself in her ability to develop players, elevate team performance, and build a strong culture.

As her daughter enters the Elks program (Class of 2029), Laura has chosen to step back from full-time sideline coaching to focus on individual athlete development and private training. This transition allows her to pour her experience into one-on-one and small-group skill work—helping players sharpen fundamentals, build confidence, and compete at the highest level.

Laura’s passion for teaching the game, combined with her long-standing connection to Centerville volleyball, makes her an exceptional resource for athletes looking to grow their skills and prepare for the demands of competitive play.
