Junior Mints is a youth volleyball program designed to give athletes the "club volleyball experience" without the cost or time commitment. This 8-week program is open to athletes in the 3rd-6th grade. Athletes will have a 2 hour training session once a week. Additionally, there will be 4 inter-squad scrimmages with their "team". Teams will have around 8 athletes a piece and training will be run by Club Director, Max Miller. Every athlete will receive a Mintonette Sports t-shirt.

Below is the training and scrimmage schedule:

Training sessions: Fridays, 6:30-8:30pm: November 9th-30th, December 7th-21st, January 4th-11th
Scrimmages: Saturdas, 9-11:30am: December 8th-22st, January 5th-12th

The cost to participate will be $300. A minimum of $150 will be due to complete registration. The remaining amount will be due on November 9, 2012 (first training session). Please submit the payment and registration form below.

I, individually and as the parent(s) or guardian(s) of athlete named above, a minor, ask that she be admitted to participate in this event sponsored by the Columbus Volleyball Center, Mintonette Sports, and Max Miller. In considertion of such admission, I do herby release, discharge, and hold harmless of and from all causes, liabilities, damages, claims, or demands whatsoever on account of an injury or accident involving the said minor arising out of the minor's attendance at the sport event or in the event competition and/or activities held in connection with the sports event.

Athletes will receive confirmation through email for the above scheduled session. Each session will also be posted on the Mintonette Sports calendar. In the event of a cancellation of a session, athletes must give their coach/trainer at least 48 hours advanced notice. Athletes who fail to give this advanced notice will be charged 50 percent of their session. Athletes who fail to give at least 24 hours notice will be charged the full amount.
