4. Paperwork - National Division
Thank you for accepting your 2022-23 Mintonette Sports offer! We're excited to get the season started. The following paperwork, required by all Athletes and Families, is due no later than December 1, 2022.
2. OVR/SportsEngine Membership – All Athletes are required to have a current membership for the 2022-23 season. You will need to use this link to connect your membership to Mintonette Sports and be assigned to the club.
You can check to see if you're assigned to Mintonette Sports by signing into Sports Engine, going to "household", clicking the name, clicking the membership on the right, and then making sure it says "assigned to Mintonette Sports" or you see the M logo on the membership card. Click HERE to assign yourself to Mintonette.
3. AAU Membership – All Athletes are required to have a current membership for the 2022-23 season. Choose a Junior Athlete, Junior Club, and basic/regular membership (less than $20). You need to also add our club to your membership - Our club code is: W386EE You can check to make sure you're correctly assigned by seeing "Mintonette Sports" on the membership card under "Club".

8. OVR Junior Officiating Course - Families will receive instructions for completing these courses once available.
9. Birth Certificate - If new to the Club, please scan and email a copy of your birth certificate to stephanie@mintonettesports.com. You must send a PDF copy. We cannot accept a picture of the certificate.
10. Parent Meeting – The parent meeting will be held virtually via Zoom on Sunday, November 27th from 7:30-8:30pm. At least one adult family representative must be in attendance. The meeting link will be emailed as we get closer to the date.
